A Technical Apprentice will be responsible for ticket queue management, taking calls, re-acting to monitoring alerts, arranging scheduled maintenance, engaging with clients/third parties, and working towards their own professional development. They will also be working with other Cisco Support Engineers on more simple incidents and service requests at the same time as gaining the knowledge and experience to become a full Cisco Support Engineer.
