Role

We’re looking for Business Development Managers that are focussed on guiding new customers through the complex world of technology, delivering the best possible outcomes for their business. It means being brave as well as pragmatic; delivering what we say we will and ultimately becoming a valued and trusted partner.

At Natilik, a Business Development Manager is a results-driven person who wants to work in a highly pro-active and dynamic, 100% new business environment. You will operate as a Business Development Manager targeting UK Multinationals selling multi-tier to C-Level contacts, Lines of Business and IT.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for networking with our key partners, namely Cisco and ecosystem partners, while initiating strategic client relationships to position the very best that Natilik {and Cisco} can offer to make them #1 in their market. You will want to work in an incentive-driven environment where talented and hardworking people can thrive with no limits.

This role is vital in helping Natilik grow, and to help our clients receive the very best experience – Simplifying IT, leaving complexity behind the scenes and showcasing the Art of the possible

Requirements
We’re looking for passionate people who can thrive working in a fast-paced environment. The following skills would make for a great addition to our team:

Experience in a front-line business development role, specifically dealing with Cisco products
A track record of hitting and surpassing sales targets
Excellent networking skills with both partners and customers
An approach to developing new business that revolves around integrity, honesty, and consultancy.
