A quick itinerary...

Tuesday 12th November

Arriving on your pre-selected flight that you will get to choose from your prefered available option, you will be welcomed at Oslo airport late afternoon by a member of the Natilik team, clearly displaying the Natilik logo. From there, guide you to your transfer to the hotel for a complimentary night’s stay. After check-in and freshening up, we’ll head out for a delightful dinner at a local restaurant. For those who wish to join us, the evening will then continue at the hotel bar.

Wednesday 13th November

To ensure we start the day feeling fresh and well-fuelled, we will meet in the hotel restaurant for breakfast, included as part of your complimentary stay. Following this, you will have time to pack your bags and check out of the hotel.

Then, transport will be arranged to whisk us away for the highlight of the trip, a tour of Cisco’s state-of-the-art Oslo Experience Centre! Here, you will be treated to in-person, end-user demonstrations of their market leading device portfolio, including the latest and greatest solutions like Microsoft Teams Room and Apple Airplay as well as a peek behind the scenes at Cisco’s largest R&D site in Europe.

The day will then close late afternoon, with airport transfers in place for pre-selected evening return flights back to your prefered location.

Flights

To arrange your flight to either Oslo Airport Gardermoen (OSL) or Torp Sandefjord Airport (TRF), please email Joshua.Edwards@flightcentre.co.uk.

Please quote – Natilik Oslo trip along with your preferred departure airport.

Your outbound flight needs to arrive in Oslo by 6:00 pm on the 12/11/2024.

Your return flight needs to leave at approximately 8:00 pm on the 13/11/2024.

 

Travel Insurance

Please ensure that you have your own travel insurance to cover your trip.

 

Passport and Visa requirements

Your passport must be issued less than 10 years before your arrival date (the day you land) and be valid for three months from the final day of your visit.

UK and EU passport holders do not require a Visa to enter Norway. Please check if you hold a passport from an alternative country.

Transport

Transfers from the Oslo airports to the hotel

A complimentary transfer will be available from the airport to the hotel at the times listed below.

If you are flying into Oslo OSL airport on the 12th between 13.30-15.30 – please call / message Laura on +44 7739985279 upon landing and she will help to sort your transfer to the hotel.

If you are flying into Oslo TRF airport on the 12th between 16.00-17.30 – please call / message Kimberly on +44 7849626372 upon landing and she will help to sort your transfer to the hotel.

For those arriving outside of these hours, alternative transportation options include the train or a taxi. Please note that alternative travel expenses will not be covered on your behalf, as they fall outside of Cisco’s sustainability / travel policy.

Hotel to Cisco office and dinner venue
Transportation will be provided from the hotel to the Cisco Experience Centre and the dinner venue.

Cisco office to airport
A complimentary transfer will be available to the airport from 5:15 pm.

An overnight stay at Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel Oslo from 12/11/2024 – 13/11/2024 has been arranged on your behalf. Check in is from 3:00 pm, with breakfast included.

Breakfast at the hotel is included as part of your stay. And will be available from 6:30 am. If you would like to join the Natilik team for breakfast we will be there at 7:45 am ready to depart at 8:25 am.

Checking out
Please ensure you have checked out of your hotel room, have all your belongings with you, and are ready to depart at 8:25 am. We will not be coming back to the hotel after the Cisco Experience Centre event.

Should you wish to extend your visit to Oslo, stay in alternative accommodation, or travel outside of our predetermined list of flight options, you will need to cover the cost of this yourself.

The cost of any hire vehicles, taxis or public transport should you wish to arrange your own way around Oslo.

Any expenses you might incur during your time at either airport, or around Oslo.

Additional food or drinks that are outside of the Natilik and Cisco provided options.
