Arriving on your pre-selected flight from the UK to Shannon Airport, you will be welcomed by your transfer to the hotel for your stay. After check-in and time to freshen up, we will head out for dinner with Dell, Natilik, and fellow attendees at a local restaurant.

What will be covered on your behalf
Your return flights, selected from a pre-approved list based on your preferred departure airport (direct return flights to and from Shannon airport on Tuesday 23rd June and Thursday 25th June are from Gatwick, Heathrow, Stanstead and Manchester)
Two nights’ accommodation at a hotel selected by our team, including breakfast
Dinner on the evenings of Tuesday 23rd June and Wednesday 24th June
Lunch on Wednesday 24th June at the Dell Customer Solution Center
All transfers in Shannon, including airport transfers and transport to and from the CSC and evening dinners
What won’t be covered on your behalf
Travel to and from your chosen UK departure airport
Any upgrades to flights, airport lounges, or hotel rooms
Any changes outside of the pre-selected flight options or hotel arrangements
