Bertie Jenner has been in inhouse recruitment since 2010, helping a variety of tech-focused start-ups scale, creating sustainable recruitment frameworks that allow businesses to grow quickly and effectively. She joined Natilik in September 2018.

Bertie Graduated 1st in her class from Barton College, North Carolina, where she was named first team all-conference in tennis all four years, briefly playing on the professional tour before starting her career in recruitment.
