Paul Pazienza joined Natilik in 2020 as a Project Manager, leading a major Contact Center Technology Transformation, and has since been instrumental in expanding the company’s footprint across the Americas.

In 2025, he transitioned from Services Leadership to Sales as Vice President of Sales – Americas, where he now drives Natilik’s U.S. growth strategy by strengthening strategic partner relationships, deepening client engagement, and identifying new business opportunities.

With over 25 years of experience in IT leadership and public sector project management, Paul brings a unique blend of enterprise insight and executional excellence to Natilik’s international business.
