The 1911 Club
The purpose of the 1911 club is to recognise and reward our people who have gone above and beyond in their work and have demonstrated exceptional performance.
The club is named after the year Roald Amundsen conquered the South Pole, with the invaluable help of the Natilik people. The name pays tribute to our brand of being a confident guide, helping our clients and each other achieve amazing things. Once awarded the prestigious award, you remain a member of the club and have the opportunity to gather annually as part of this distinguished group.

Transparency
Natilik strives to be transparent; it’s that simple. We’re all on this journey together, and we strongly believe that to be part of it, you need to know the business you are part of. Attend our weekly company updates to understand what’s happening in other teams and functions at Natilik, or attend the office on one of our dedicated Function and Tech days to connect with other parts of the business. Omar El Mantawy
I first started working in recruitment in 2016, where I worked for agencies specialising in the recruitment of Cyber Security professionals. In 2019, I joined Natilik’s newly formed Talent Acquisition team as a result of our continued growth. Since then, I have gone on to lead all of Natilik’s technical hiring across all 3 locations (London, New York, and Sydney) as well as all of our technologies and functions. This includes Multi-Cloud, Networking, Security, Collaboration, and Contact Centre. My aim is to connect Natilik with the best technical talent in our industry, whilst ensuring a first-class candidate experience.

Freya Knight
I began my recruitment career in 2019 working for a small agency specialising in Contact Centre and Telecoms, which is where I had my first taste of working in the Tech industry. Fast forward to 2021, I joined Natilik’s Talent Acquisition team to support the businesses continued growth and success. First taking responsibility for our Sales recruitment, today I now lead Natilik’s Non-technical recruitment strategy and focus on all things Sales, Services, Projects, and Operations. I am passionate about hiring to enhance our culture, not just our capability, and proud to bring people on this journey with us.
