Rob's journey with Natilik began in August 2004 when he joined as a Logistics Coordinator. He later transitioned to the Service Delivery team, where he took care of key clients and advanced to the role of Client Engagement Leader in the UK. In 2015, drawing from over 8 years of client service experience, Rob made a move to the Sales department, eventually reaching the position of Enterprise Account Director. In 2018, Rob relocated to Sydney with his family, overseeing the sales operations for Natilik in the APAC region, ultimately assuming the role of Sales Director for APAC. Rob and his family have now returned to the UK where he leads our London Enterprise Sales team. Rob holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business and a Masters Degree in Logistics & Finance from Bayes Business School, London.

Ian has 30+ years of IT industry experience working across many sectors such as banking, law and service providers. Since 2015 Ian has been a part of the Natilik team, initially building the Network, Security, and Datacentre technology practices.  Ian is currently the Field CTO, part of our Design function, responsible for our group wide technology and solutions strategy, building and maintaining fantastic vendor and partner relationships all with the aim of supporting our clients make excellent technology solutions and services decisions for their businesses.

Katie joined Natilik in 2015 as a Project Manager and established herself through the successful delivery of business transformation projects for key clients. She went on to lead the Project Team for National Enterprise, and she now serves as Operations Director, heading up our Project Services function. With over 20 years of experience in the communications sector, Katie has built her entire career in this industry. She brings a wealth of hands-on expertise from both her time at the company and previous roles, offering valuable mentorship to her team. As a key stakeholder, she remains actively involved in projects to help ensure their success and to deliver exceptional service to our clients. Katie holds PRINCE2 Practitioner and MSP Foundation certifications.

Leigh has worked in the technology sector for 20+ years, with six years as Natilik's Managing Director of the London Enterprise business, which comprises 35 strategic global clients. During this period, Leigh made significant contributions to the company's growth. Leigh recently took on the role of UK Chief Business Development Officer, spearheading innovative strategies to propel the company's expansion and success. Leigh graduated with a BA (Hons) Business, Media and Film Studies from Southampton University and previously worked at Capita IT services. Leigh has also represented England Deaf Rugby Union team securing 3 international caps.

Adam holds a First Class BSc in Network Engineering and brings over 20 years of hands-on experience across enterprise technologies. His career began with early work in virtualisation, storage, and unified communications, and has since evolved to include cloud-native platforms, application rearchitecture, and full-stack delivery. At Natilik, he leads the managed XaaS portfolio, shaping digital client experiences and driving the growth of recurring services — all while staying close to the tools and architecture that make it possible.

Originally from Lithuania, Ilona moved to the UK in 2011. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration and Finance before joining Natilik in 2015. Initially in the Office Manager role, she followed her passion for Finance moving into the Operations team in 2017 before being promoted this year to Team Leader for cash management.

Paul has been at Natilik for over 10 years, working with, and delivering to, a vast array of Natilik’s strategic clients. Paul’s focus is now on Natilik’s managed services business as a whole, and ultimately achieving a world class experience for Natilik’s clients. A graduate of St Mary’s University College with a BSc (Hons), Paul studied a combination of Business Management and Sports Science.

Since leaving education, Rebecca has spent her career working in the technology sector and has over 10 years’ experience in this industry. In 2022, Rebecca joined Natilik as a Renewals Manager, and thanks to her exceptional performance in delivering renewals for key clients, she now leads the UK team as Recurring Revenue Operations Director. In this role Rebecca helps to shape the future of our company by ensuring the ongoing success of our renewals function. With a wealth of renewals and contract management experience, both at Natilik and in her previous roles, she provides mentorship to her team and continues to safeguard and enhance Natilik’s recurring revenue streams.

Annalise joined Natilik in April 2024. She has worked in a variety of different industries in Sydney, Australia for over 10 years, including but not limited to Financial Services, IT, Not-For-Profit, Property and Manufacturing. A qualified Chartered Accountant, Annalise is the current APAC Finance Controller and is focused on best practices, development of the team and ensuring the APAC business is ready for the next stage of growth.

Ian has been with Natilik since 1999 and worked in a variety of roles including Project / Programme Manager and Professional Services Director. Responsible for delivering day to day service excellence to our clients across Natilik's entire technology portfolio, including our hosted and cloud offerings. Ian works directly with the wider global support organisation, the support engineers aligned to the National team and the Service Delivery team, to manage and develop the support operation to assist Natilik's clients with the business as usual operation of their solutions. Prior to joining Natilik Ian worked for Michelin Tyres on their graduate programme including roles in Customer Services, Management Information and Trunk Road Staff. Ian attended Loughborough University and holds a degree in Civil Engineering.

With over 20 years in the IT industry, Jonathan has a broad range of experience across multiple technical disciplines. During his time at Natilik, Jonathan initially held the role of a Contact Centre Solutions Architect. His expertise and contributions propelled him into the leadership role of heading the National Enterprise Solution Design Team, ensuring that Natilik's team of talented Solution Architects guide our clients through the complex world of IT. He is now our Customer Engagement Solutions Director, where he remains committed to fostering innovation and defining Natilik's strategy and proposition to address the customer experience challenges faced by organisations in the digital era. Before Natilik, Jonathan led client innovation programmes across a number of large UK based organisations, and has built and led software development teams responsible for some of the software that exists in Cisco solutions today.

John is an entrepreneur and philanthropist who holds a number of non-executive directorships in investment management, telecoms and e-commerce. John is also Chairman of The National Gallery and the Royal Drawing School, a trustee of Chatsworth House, the Arts Foundation and Vice President of The King’s Trust.

Mike has worked in the technology industry for 29 years. He started the business in the role of Managing Director in 2006 when it was part of a larger group of companies. He then led a management buy-out in 2010 and has since led the organisation through an unbroken period of year-on-year organic growth, expanding the business internationally, creating a new brand and diversifying its portfolio of services and solutions. The company has grown to become an award winning, globally recognised brand in its sector, employing over 250 people, with revenue exceeding £100m, with market leading client and people NPS scores. During an 18 month transition period from Oct 2023 to Mar 2025, Mike handed over the CEO role to Alastair Rudman and stepped into an Executive Chair role. He now spends his time supporting Alastair, the senior team, and wider leadership group, working 'on' the business rather than 'in' the business, helping Natilik to continue to thrive.

Raeeza graduated in BA (Hons) French and Management from Royal Holloway University before spending a year in the South of France where she became fluent in French. She has had over 16 years experience in various finance roles across the Telecoms and Technology industries; with a large part of her career working at Dixons Carphone. Raeeza has been with Natilik for nearly 3 years and is currently our Senior Financial Controller, leading the management accounts team responsible for the UK and US P&Ls.

Mark has over 25 years of experience in the technology sector and has been the Chief Information Officer at Natilik since 2015. Mark has led the IT function through a period of sustained growth, with a strong emphasis on systematisation and security, including achieving ISO 27001 certification. Mark is responsible for Natilik’s global IT systems and security, focusing on delivering world-class IT services that enable business growth and innovation. Mark has a background in communication engineering and prior to Natilik worked at Swiss Engineering company ASEA Brown Boveri (ABB).

Mike has worked in the technology sector for over 30 years and has been the Chief Operating Officer at Natilik since 2010. He is a member of the Natilik Board and has led the Technical and Services teams through sustained profitable growth and portfolio diversification. Mike is focused on the further development of Natilik Hosted solutions for our clients and continued Digital Transformation of the business. Prior to joining the Natilik, Mike graduated with a BA (Hons) Business Studies and worked at IBM Global Services and Vodafone.

Liam joined the Natilik team in October 2022. In addition to his responsibility as Chief Financial Officer, he supports the sales team on large commercial transactions, including legal support and structuring. He also oversees business unit level financial reporting and financial planning. Liam is qualified as both an accountant and corporate treasurer. He spent twelve years at Daisy Group in a number of senior finance roles, including Director of Group Finance and Chief Financial Officer for the IT Partner Services business. Prior to that, he held senior finance positions within the National Nuclear Laboratory and also DSGi.

Rob, Security Solutions Director at Natilik has worked in IT for over 20 years with roles in engineering and pre-sales, delivering as well as designing solutions from VoIP, WAN, networks and security. Since 2022, Rob has led the security proposition for Natilik globally, helping to define Natilik’s GTM strategy, partner offerings and end-to-end security solutions. He is passionate about all things security and enjoys engaging at all levels of the business.

David has worked in the technology industry for 25+ years with a strong engineering background across a wide breadth of technologies. David's technology journey started in the UK in technical support and rapidly progressed through a number of senior roles across support and projects before relocating to Australia in 2007 to work as a Managed Services team leader. David joined Natilik in 2018 as a Solutions Architect to help grow the sales function for the APAC region and has continued to expand the design team whilst maintaining a technical focus across Collaboration and Customer Engagement technologies.  

Starting off his journey at Natilik as a Solutions Architect, Ash is now our Networking Solutions Director. Ash's career is defined by a wealth of knowledge, passion and a deep commitment to technology supporting client's key business outcomes. With more than 20 years’ experience in the industry across various roles in engineering and consulting, Ash has gained extensive expertise in networking, data centre, security and cloud technologies. Prior to Natilik, Ash worked as Principal Wi-Fi Consultant at Daisy Group, providing technical leadership for high visibility and complex wireless projects. Ash holds a BSc in Networks & Telecommunications from Sheffield Hallam University, graduating in 2005 and has recently become a dad for the first time!

Richard has worked in various roles during his tenure at Natilik. Starting his journey in 2013 as a technical presales architect before moving in to his first leadership role running the Collaboration practice, before becoming the Operations Director for our Commercial business.  In 2023, Richard decided to get a broader view of the business, moving from Services to Sales where he has been leading the Commercial Sales team to roaring success. Richard has a solid background of working with a number of award winning channel partners since graduating in 2001 with a MSc in IT and a BEng in Civil Engineering.

With 19 years of hands-on technical experience, Mike has built a career spanning networking, public cloud, automation, and security, working closely with clients to design and deliver innovative solutions. Since joining Natilik in 2016, he has held roles across project delivery and solution architecture, developing a passion for mentoring and driving best practices within teams. As a strong advocate for automation and efficiency, Mike brings a broad technical expertise and client-focused approach to guide the next generation of engineers and solutions.

Brad Hale is the Managing Director of our Asia Pacific team, which is one of the fastest-growing regions within the company. Relocating from New Zealand in 2003, Brad initially joined as an engineer before transitioning into leadership roles. His expertise in strategic management and operational efficiency has significantly contributed to the company’s success. Prior to his career in engineering, he earned a Bachelor of Music (Hons) in Performance Cello from Auckland University. A passionate musician, Brad remains active in the arts, fostering a love for music alongside his professional pursuits.

James has been working with clients in the technology sector for over 15 years. During this time, he’s designed and delivered many complex solutions across a broad range of industries & verticals. James’ primary focus has been to demystify technology so that clients can achieve meaningful outcomes. James joined Natilik in 2016 in a senior role within Natilik’s Collaboration business, and in 2020 was promoted to Managing Architect, leading the design team within Natilik’s Commercial Business. Three years later, his expertise led him to the role of Collaboration Solutions Director. James holds a BSc from the University of Bristol and has held design and deployment roles across a number of channel and service provider partners.

Starting her Natilik career as a Service Delivery Manager in 2013, Lucy has been responsible for ensuring service excellence for many of our clients over the years. Having developed her Cisco and technical knowledge and with a continued passion for all things service, she went on to lead a team of 10 Natilik Service Delivery Managers before deciding to move to the other side of the world and join our Natilik APAC team in early 2020. In her latest role, Lucy leads the APAC Services Team, which encompasses the Tech Support Team and Project Delivery.

Mahla comes from an Engineering background having got her degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering. She joined Natilik as an Account Manager in 2019 to broaden her experience of a full customer journey, having worked previously as an Engineering Officer and also after co-founding a company who specialises in commercial geospatial data & services. She quickly progressed to Account Director, working with some of APAC's biggest clients and securing huge global deals. In 2024 she was promoted to Sales Director, looking after our Sales and Sales Support teams for the APAC region.

With over 30 years of sales experience and 10+ years at Natilik, Matt has significant experience across multiple areas of technology including networking, security, collaboration and contact centre. Matt led the National Enterprise Sales Team for a number of years where he worked with several of Natilik’s largest clients. In 2025, Matt moved to lead our team of Sales Specialists who are in place to better support our clients with their needs. He enjoys building a team that delivers significant business outcomes for clients.

In 2021, Erin began her career at Natilik as a Sales Operations Controller. She transitioned to Natilik from an insurance company where she spent seven years, five of which in a leadership role. In 2023, she moved to a Senior position and took on the role of a player/coach in the Operations team. In 2025, she was promoted to Sales Support and Operations Director, merging both the Sales Support and Operations teams, to best guide them in best practice and ways of working

Alkesh has over 15 years of experience in information technology. He originally joined Natilik as a network operations centre team leader in 2016 and was focussed on driving the engineering skillset in Networking and Security. Since 2018, Alkesh has been working as a managed services director, focussed on leading a team of engineers who deliver value to our client base whilst also ensuring innovation and development of our support capabilities across all technology areas. Alkesh holds a BSc (Hons) in Computing and Management from Loughborough University, and has previously worked in a variety of IT related roles in multiple industry sectors, including, legal, finance, professional services, and media.

After graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Computer Network & Design, Gabriela began her professional journey as a Cisco Collaboration Engineer, delving into the world of technology. This experience then allowed her to seamlessly adapt her skills to become an IT Service Delivery Manager. Now, as a Tech Support Director, she leads a dynamic team of NOC engineers, guiding them towards success. Beyond her IT passion, she delves into the fascinating world of psychology, where she is actively pursuing a Master's degree.

Lisa has worked in the technology sector for over 15 years and brings significant international business experience. Prior to joining Natilik, Lisa’s career in the luxury retail sector took her to the Middle East and Asia, before her passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences led her into the technology industry during a move to Singapore, where she lived and worked for 12 years. After relocating permanently to the UK in 2017, Lisa joined Natilik as part of the Service Delivery team and was quickly promoted into the leadership team. Now serving as Client Services Director, Lisa leads the combined Client Services function, bringing together Service Delivery Management and Client Success. She is passionate about building high-performing teams that drive value and deliver excellence across every client touchpoint.

Manisha graduated with BSc (Hons) in Computer Networking and started her journey as an IT Support Analyst before moving to Natilik as an IT Support Engineer in 2021. She now leads the internal IT Team as the IT Support Leader to help her team and Natilik strive towards success.

Kimberly is a Chartered Marketer and has over 15 years of experience in marketing and sales. Prior to joining Natilik as the Chief Marketing Officer in 2019, Kimberly worked in a variety of sectors, including technology, retail, manufacturing and professional services. Kimberly holds an MBA from Durham University and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. She has mentored on Industry organisations, such as the CIM and the University of Cambridge, and is actively involved in in-house mentorships and coaching programmes.

Charlotte worked in the luxury retail sector for almost 10 years before her passion for people led to a career shift into HR. Joining Natilik in the People Team in 2020, she progressed into Leadership in 2022 and now leads the People Services Managers in their pursuit of making Natilik a fantastic place to work.

Starting off as a founder of Bubakov.net (a community-led ISP) whilst still in his teens, Matyáš built on open source solutions, seeing the potential of community, open source and how network can shape communities and how community can shape the network. He has since designed data centres at Google, core mobile and internet provider networks and now stands as Technology Director at Natilik focusing on Multi-Cloud and DevOps. Alongside this, he co-organises Network Automation Meet-Ups in London, speaking multiple times at HashiConf Global, Cisco Live and DevNet Create in US, Europe and APAC and constantly pushing boundaries and supporting this ever-evolving and exciting industry. He is 2x Cisco Live Distinguished Speaker, Cisco Champion and HashiCorp Ambassador.

Alastair graduated with a first-class BA (Hons) in Technology Management from Oxford Brookes and has worked in the technology industry for the majority of his career. Since the management buy-out in 2010, Alastair has led sales and client business teams before becoming the Managing Director of Natilik’s Mid-Market business in 2018, growing Natilik’s performance in this market by over 100%. He became Natilik's UK CEO and member of the Board in 2023, and Group CEO in 2025.

Arjun has held multiple roles across the technology industry over the past seven years, with a focus on project/programme management, with him currently leading the Projects team as Project Management Director. Prior to joining Natilik, Arjun was managing programmes across public sector clients including global, multi-architecture deployments. Arjun holds a B.A (Hons) degree in Business Administration with Spanish from the University of Kent, which included a year spent exploring South America.

Gavin has been with Natilik for nearly ten years and is now Professional Services Director for the Collaboration, Customer Engagement and Networking Teams. Prior to this, Gavin was a Programme Manager within the Transition and Project Delivery Teams. Gavin has led Programme and Project Teams in the delivery of solutions across multiple technology areas, but specialising in more recent years in Contact Centre and Collaboration, which has resulted in successful implementations for several of our largest clients. Before Natilik, Gavin had 14 years’ experience in IT across Service Management, Business Analysis and Project Management, where he largely learnt his trade at Anheuser Busch and Logica.

Matt has been with Natilik over 25 years and currently leads all of the Sales, Marketing and Sales Support teams as Chief Revenue Officer. Prior to this, Matt was the Managing Director of National Enterprise where he led teams that won some of Natilik’s key clients. Prior to joining Natilik, Matt graduated with a 2:1 in Accounting and Finance, including time at business school in Sweden.

Shivangi is a passionate and results-driven professional with a Masters in Electrical Engineering from New York university. With a career that began as a Support Engineer, Shivangi quickly progressed to become a Managed Services Leader at Natilik, where they combine technical expertise with leadership to drive success and innovation. Outside of work, Shivangi is a self-proclaimed foodie, always on the lookout for new cuisines and hidden gems in the culinary world. Travelling and exploring diverse cultures is also a major passion, providing both inspiration and a deeper appreciation for the global landscape. With a strong foundation in engineering, a love for problem-solving, and an adventurous spirit, Shivangi continuously seeks to grow both personally and professionally, always excited to embrace new challenges and experiences.    

Kelly White is the Chief People Officer at Natilik, a role she has held since 2016. She has worked in the technology industry for over two decades. Before moving into her people-focused leadership position, Kelly spent 18 years in client-facing service delivery roles. During that time, she honed a deep commitment to service excellence and customer success, which laid the foundation for her transition into HR leadership. Kelly’s passion for people and service excellence has defined her approach as CPO. Ensuring a positive, inclusive culture and an environment where team members can thrive is her number one focus. Kelly is really proud that Natilik is consistently been recognised as an employer of choice. Natilik has held top positions in the Great Place to Work rankings for the last 10 years. These accolades underscore Kelly’s commitment to people engagement, development, and well-being, as well as her belief that happy, empowered teams deliver excellent service to clients. Beyond day-to-day people operations, Kelly is a champion of purpose-driven leadership and business as a force for good. In early 2023, Natilik achieved certification as a B Corporation – a rigorous accreditation that recognises companies meeting high standards of social and environmental performance. Since graduating from De Montfort University, obtaining a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance, Akil has amassed over 20 years of experience in the Technology industry working in various senior finance roles. Akil has been with Natilik for over 10 years and is currently our UK and US Finance Director, responsible for £100m+ of P&L Revenue and leading Finance and Cash Management teams.
