In 2021, Erin began her career at Natilik as a Sales Operations Controller. She transitioned to Natilik from an insurance company where she spent seven years, five of which in a leadership role.  In 2023, she was promoted to a Senior position and has taken on the role of a player/coach, promoting best practice and ways of working within both the Sales and Finance functions.
