Paul joined Natilik in 2020 as a Project Manager for a large-scale Contact Center Technology Transformation. Currently, Paul is aligned with the ongoing growth in the Americas and continues to add value to the Americas Leadership Team and International Business, recently moving in 2025 from Services to the Sales side of the business.

Prior to joining Natilik, Paul spent the last 25 years in IT leadership for a global chemical manufacturer and Project Management for State Government and Education.
