Chris joined Natilik in February 2026, previously holding CFO positions across a variety of project-based industries. Chris has extensive experience in systems implementation, corporate transactions and optimising operational performance.

Alongside his financial responsibilities, Chris also supports the sales team on large commercial transactions, including legal support and deal structuring. Chris is an FCA qualified accountant and a member of the Corporate Finance Institute.

Mike Dornan

Mike has worked in the technology sector for over 30 years and has been the Chief Operating Officer at Natilik since 2010. He is a member of the Natilik Board and has led the Technical and Services teams through sustained profitable growth and portfolio diversification. Mike is focused on the further development of Natilik Hosted solutions for our clients and continued Digital Transformation of the business.

Prior to joining the Natilik, Mike graduated with a BA (Hons) Business Studies and worked at IBM Global Services and Vodafone.

Leigh Bialik

Leigh has worked in the technology sector for 20+ years, with six years as Natilik’s Managing Director of the London Enterprise business, which comprises 35 strategic global clients. During this period, Leigh made significant contributions to the company’s growth. Leigh recently took on the role of UK Chief Business Development Officer, spearheading innovative strategies to propel the company’s expansion and success. Leigh graduated with a BA (Hons) Business, Media and Film Studies from Southampton University and previously worked at Capita IT services. Leigh has also represented England Deaf Rugby Union team securing 3 international caps.

Kimberly Moss

Kimberly is a Chartered Marketer and has over 15 years of experience in marketing and sales. Prior to joining Natilik as the Chief Marketing Officer in 2019, Kimberly worked in a variety of sectors, including technology, retail, manufacturing and professional services.
Kimberly holds an MBA from Durham University and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. She has mentored on Industry organisations, such as the CIM and the University of Cambridge, and is actively involved in in-house mentorships and coaching programmes.

Kelly White

Kelly White is the Chief People Officer at Natilik, a role she has held since 2016. She has worked in the technology industry for over two decades. Before moving into her people-focused leadership position, Kelly spent 18 years in client-facing service delivery roles. During that time, she honed a deep commitment to service excellence and customer success, which laid the foundation for her transition into HR leadership.

Kelly’s passion for people and service excellence has defined her approach as CPO. Ensuring a positive, inclusive culture and an environment where team members can thrive is her number one focus. Kelly is really proud that Natilik is consistently been recognised as an employer of choice. Natilik has held top positions in the Great Place to Work rankings for the last 10 years. These accolades underscore Kelly’s commitment to people engagement, development, and well-being, as well as her belief that happy, empowered teams deliver excellent service to clients.

Alastair Rudman

Alastair graduated with a first-class BA (Hons) in Technology Management from Oxford Brookes and has worked in the technology industry for the majority of his career.

Since the management buy-out in 2010, Alastair has led sales and client business teams before becoming the Managing Director of Natilik’s Mid-Market business in 2018, growing Natilik’s performance in this market by over 100%.

He became Natilik’s UK CEO and member of the Board in 2023, and Group CEO in 2025.

Brad Hale

Brad Hale is the Managing Director of our Asia Pacific team, which is one of the fastest-growing regions within the company. Relocating from New Zealand in 2003, Brad initially joined as an engineer before transitioning into leadership roles. His expertise in strategic management and operational efficiency has significantly contributed to the company’s success.

Prior to his career in engineering, he earned a Bachelor of Music (Hons) in Performance Cello from Auckland University. A passionate musician, Brad remains active in the arts, fostering a love for music alongside his professional pursuits.

Matt Tomlinson

Matt has been with Natilik over 25 years and currently leads all of the Sales, Marketing and Sales Support teams as Chief Revenue Officer. Prior to this, Matt was the Managing Director of National Enterprise where he led teams that won some of Natilik’s key clients.

Prior to joining Natilik, Matt graduated with a 2:1 in Accounting and Finance, including time at business school in Sweden.

Mike Danson

Mike has worked in the technology industry for 29 years. He started the business in the role of Managing Director in 2006 when it was part of a larger group of companies. He then led a management buy-out in 2010 and has since led the organisation through an unbroken period of year-on-year organic growth, expanding the business internationally, creating a new brand and diversifying its portfolio of services and solutions. The company has grown to become an award winning, globally recognised brand in its sector, employing over 250 people, with revenue exceeding £100m, with market leading client and people NPS scores.

During an 18 month transition period from Oct 2023 to Mar 2025, Mike handed over the CEO role to Alastair Rudman and stepped into an Executive Chair role. He now spends his time supporting Alastair, the senior team, and wider leadership group, working ‘on’ the business rather than ‘in’ the business, helping Natilik to continue to thrive.
