Chris joined Natilik in February 2026, previously holding CFO positions across a variety of project-based industries. Chris has extensive experience in systems implementation, corporate transactions and optimising operational performance.

Alongside his financial responsibilities, Chris also supports the sales team on large commercial transactions, including legal support and deal structuring. Chris is an FCA qualified accountant and a member of the Corporate Finance Institute.

Annalise Buttigieg

Annalise joined Natilik in April 2024. She has worked in a variety of different industries in Sydney, Australia for over 10 years, including but not limited to Financial Services, IT, Not-For-Profit, Property and Manufacturing. A qualified Chartered Accountant, Annalise is the current APAC Finance Controller and is focused on best practices, development of the team and ensuring the APAC business is ready for the next stage of growth.

Ilona Bozkova

Originally from Lithuania, Ilona moved to the UK in 2011. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Administration and Finance before joining Natilik in 2015. Initially in the Office Manager role, she followed her passion for Finance moving into the Operations team in 2017 before being promoted this year to Team Leader for cash management.

Akil Zaman

Since graduating from De Montfort University, obtaining a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance, Akil has amassed over 20 years of experience in the Technology industry working in various senior finance roles. Akil has been with Natilik for over 10 years and is currently our UK and US Finance Director, responsible for £100m+ of P&L Revenue and leading Finance and Cash Management teams.
