Kelly White is the Chief People Officer at Natilik, a role she has held since 2016. She has worked in the technology industry for over two decades. Before moving into her people-focused leadership position, Kelly spent 18 years in client-facing service delivery roles. During that time, she honed a deep commitment to service excellence and customer success, which laid the foundation for her transition into HR leadership.

Kelly’s passion for people and service excellence has defined her approach as CPO. Ensuring a positive, inclusive culture and an environment where team members can thrive is her number one focus. These accolades underscore Kelly’s commitment to people engagement, development, and well-being, as well as her belief that happy, empowered teams deliver excellent service to clients.
