The Natilik team proposed combining the power of the Pure Storage Flashstack with Cisco’s Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI), deploying a scalable next generation data centre supported by AppDynamics and Turbonomic to monitor all business critical applications. To achieve the client’s aggressive growth plans to double the size of the business in the next three years, the Natilik team identified the need for a platform and application focus. Natilik partnered with Cisco to design and deploy a full end to end next generation data centre, powered by industry leading Cisco ACI and supported by Natilik Dedicated Engineer Support. Utilising the Pure Storage Evergreen model, the Natilik team proposed a fully resilient Flashstack to support the growth of application usage and performance, whilst providing cost effective and scalable data centre infrastructure. Working in harmony together, industry leading software tools AppDynamics and Turbonomic were introduced to enable the monitoring of critical applications and private cloud infrastructure.
The client now also benefit from the remote expertise of the global 24/7 Tech Support team, who act as an extension of their own team to provide 24/7 remote support, 365 days of the year. A Dedicated Engineer also sits onsite at their London office, working amongst their teams ready to resolve critical issues. Should any service-related concerns arise the client can rest assured that their Service Delivery Manager will take full ownership of ensuring a plan is put in place to deliver a timely resolution. A number of Enhanced Services are also enabled across the client’s estate to further deliver an exceptional level of service.
