The client wanted to facilitate remote working and an agile working environment within their re-designed London office. The team wanted the solution to create an enhanced user experience, providing seamless usage for all team members whilst integrating into their existing Cisco collaboration technologies.
Natilik implemented a full end-to-end Cisco collaboration environment consisting of Webex Teams, Meetings and Contact Centre and provided bespoke adoption services to ensure the successful rollout and adoption of the solution across the business. The client approached the Natilik team with the aim to facilitate an agile working environment where users could collaborate with increased mobility within their re-designed London office as well as remotely. The remote working requirement was expedited by the global pandemic of 2020 as all the client’s users worked remotely for much of the year.
