Ian Ash

Ian is a technology sales executive based in the New York Tri-State area who has spent the past 25+ years driving substantial sales growth for Dell Technologies, Supermicro, T2 Computing and Softchoice.

While at T2, Ian was credited as one of the inventors, founders, and patent holders of a SaaS-based software solution called “Ground Control.” He has also served on many partner advisory boards (Avid, Quantum, and Harmonic) and served as chairman of the Softchoice Cares board.

Ian holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Huron College at the University of Western Ontario and a business certificate from the University of Toronto

Mahla Kafami

Mahla comes from an Engineering background having got her degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering. She joined Natilik as an Account Manager in 2019 to broaden her experience of a full customer journey, having worked previously as an Engineering Officer and also after co-founding a company who specialises in commercial geospatial data & services. She quickly progressed to Account Director, working with some of APAC’s biggest clients and securing huge global deals. In 2024 she was promoted to Sales Director, looking after our Sales and Sales Support teams for the APAC region.

Richard Godfrey

Richard has worked in various roles during his tenure at Natilik. Starting his journey in 2013 as a technical presales architect before moving in to his first leadership role running the Collaboration practice, before becoming the Operations Director for our Commercial business.  In 2023, Richard decided to get a broader view of the business, moving from Services to Sales where he has been leading the Commercial Sales team to roaring success.

Richard has a solid background of working with a number of award winning channel partners since graduating in 2001 with a MSc in IT and a BEng in Civil Engineering.

Rob Akester

Rob’s journey with Natilik began in August 2004 when he joined as a Logistics Coordinator. He later transitioned to the Service Delivery team, where he took care of key clients and advanced to the role of Client Engagement Leader in the UK. In 2015, drawing from over 8 years of client service experience, Rob made a move to the Sales department, eventually reaching the position of Enterprise Account Director. In 2018, Rob relocated to Sydney with his family, overseeing the sales operations for Natilik in the APAC region, ultimately assuming the role of Sales Director for APAC. Rob and his family have now returned to the UK where he leads our London Enterprise Sales team.

Rob holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and a Masters Degree in Logistics & Finance from Bayes Business School, London.

Matt Keen

With over 30 years of sales experience and 10+ years at Natilik, Matt has significant experience across multiple areas of technology including networking, security, collaboration and contact centre. Matt led the National Enterprise Sales Team for a number of years where he worked with several of Natilik’s largest clients. In 2025, Matt moved to lead our team of Sales Specialists who are in place to better support our clients with their needs. He enjoys building a team that delivers significant business outcomes for clients.
