Having now worked in Sales roles for over a decade, James has a passion for customer advocacy and a client-centric approach.

James originally joined Natilik in 2015 as an Account Director. Consecutive years of success and development have led to his current role as Sales Director for the London Enterprise business unit where our aim is to provide an amazing experience for new and existing clients.


Rob Akester

Rob joined in August 2004 as a Logistics Coordinator, moved to the Service Delivery team looking after key clients, eventually becoming the Client Engagement Leader in the UK. In 2015, with over 8 years of client service background, Rob moved to Sales eventually becoming an Enterprise Account Director. After 20 years in London, Rob relocated to Sydney in 2018 with his family as an Account Director for Natilik Asia Pacific heading the sales function for the region. Rob holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and a Masters Degree in Logistics & Finance from Cass Business School – London.

With over 30-years of sales experience and 9-years at Natilik, Matt has significant experience across multiple areas of technology including networking, security, collaboration and contact centre. Matt leads the National Enterprise Sales Team, leading a talented sales team to provide an amazing experience for existing clients and welcoming new customers into Natilik. Matt has always worked at the leading edge of technology, building teams that deliver significant business outcomes for clients.
