After completing her Masters in Electrical Engineering at NYU, Shivangi began her career in IT working for 2 years as a network engineer. She joined Natilik in 2017, and since then has been instrumental in ensuring Natilik’s clients receive one global, consistent level of service as Managed Services Leader for Americas.
Aniko moved from to London in 2007, joining the Natilik team in 2017. Throughout her time at Natilik, Aniko has undertaken a number of different roles and responsibilites with the finance team. Working her way from Finance Assistant, to Finance Controller and now Finance Director for International, leading key projects and acting as the go to support for new people into the team. Prior to her time at Natilik, Aniko undertook a number of roles across the hospitality and charitable sectors.
Paul joined Natilik in 2020 as a Project Manager for a large-scale Contact Center Technology Transformation. Currently, Paul is aligned with the ongoing growth in the Americas and continues to add value to the Americas Leadership Team and International Business. Prior to joining Natilik, Paul spent the last 25 years in IT leadership for a global chemical manufacturer and Project Management for State Government and Education.
After joining the company in 2002, Alex relocated to our US operation in 2006 heading up the North American Services Team. After a brief sojourn leading a Professional Services Team for an NYC based media services provider, he re-joined Natilik in 2015 to build our Americas business spanning USA, Canada, Central and South America, and the Caribbean. His years of local market knowledge and established network have enabled rapid growth in this region delivering a truly global experience for our ever-expanding client base.
Relocating from New Zealand in 2003, Brad joined the company as an engineer before transitioning into leadership.
Brad was recently promoted to MD International where he leads Natilik’s fastest growing business unit comprising Americas and Asia Pacific (APAC) business units at 250%.
Prior to joining the company, Brad completed a Bachelor of Music (Hons) in Performance Cello at Auckland University and remains a keen musician playing with local orchestras.
Starting her Natilik career as a Service Delivery Manager in 2013, Lucy has been responsible for ensuring service excellence for many of our clients over the years. Having developed her Cisco and technical knowledge and with a continued passion for all things service, she went on to lead a team of 10 Natilik Service Delivery Managers before deciding to move to the other side of the world and join our Natilik APAC team in early 2020. In her latest role, Lucy leads the APAC Services Team, which encompasses the Tech Support Team and Project Delivery.
Rob joined in August 2004 as a Logistics Coordinator, moved to the Service Delivery team looking after key clients, eventually becoming the Client Engagement Leader in the UK. In 2015, with over 8 years of client service background, Rob moved to Sales eventually becoming an Enterprise Account Director. After 20 years in London, Rob relocated to Sydney in 2018 with his family as an Account Director for Natilik Asia Pacific heading the sales function for the region. Rob holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and a Masters Degree in Logistics & Finance from Cass Business School – London.
