Having now worked in Sales roles for over a decade, James has a passion for customer advocacy and a client-centric approach.

James originally joined Natilik in 2015 as an Account Director. Consecutive years of success and development have led to his current role as Sales Director for the London Enterprise business unit where our aim is to provide an amazing experience for new and existing clients.

 

Supriya Kumar-Bhatt

Supriya has held various leadership roles across the retail and technology sectors.

Since joining Natilik over 10 years ago she has contributed significantly in the growth and retention of recurring revenues over the past 6 years alongside improving operational efficiencies and currently heads up the finance and operations team in London Enterprise business as Finance Director

Gavin Sterry

Gavin has been with Natilik for nearly seven years and is now Professional Services Director for the Collaboration and Contact Centre team within the National Enterprise Business. Prior to this, Gavin was a Programme Manager within the Transition and Project Delivery Teams. Gavin has led Programme and Project Teams in the delivery of solutions across multiple technology areas, but specialising in more recent years in Contact Centre and Collaboration, which has resulted in successful implementations for clients such as Vocalink, Skanska, Greenergy, Coventry Building Society and The AA. A great highlight was transitioning The AA across to Natilik’s Contact Centre as a Service and the Natilik Platform.

Prior to joining Natilik, Gavin had 14 years’ experience in IT across Service Management, Business Analysis and Project Management, where he largely learnt his trade at Anheuser Busch and Logica.

Mike Dornan

Mike has worked in the technology sector for over 25 years and has been the Chief Operating Officer at Natilik since 2010.
He is a member of the board and has led the technical and services teams through sustained profitable growth and portfolio diversification. Mike is focused on developing further in-house Natilik solutions adding intellectual property to the company’s offers.
Prior to joining the Natilik, Mike graduated with a BA (Hons) Business Studies and worked at IBM Global Services and Cable and Wireless.

Leigh Bialik

Leigh has worked in the technology sector for 19 years with the past three years as Natilik’s Managing Director of the London Enterprise business that consists of 35 strategic global clients and has been a significant contributor to the business growth over this period. Leigh graduated with a BA (Hons) Business, Media and Film Studies from Southampton University and previously worked at Capita IT services. Leigh has also represented England Deaf Rugby Union team securing 3 international caps.

Craig Menyweather

“Craig is a network, security and data centre engineer with 20 years’ experience in roles spanning from support and project engineering, to pre-sales and consultancy.
Craig holds industry certifications including CISSP and CCIE.
He joined Natilik at the beginning of 2019 and is now the Design Lead for our London Enterprise business unit.”

Ian Anderson

Ian has 30 years of IT industry experience working across many sectors such as banking, law and service providers. For the past 7 years Ian has been a part of the Natilik team, initially building the Network, Security, and Datacentre technology practices before taking responsibility for London Enterprises’ operational services.  Most recently Ian has moved into the Group Technology Director role focussed upon developing our group wide technology strategy, fostering our amazing technical communities and building and maintaining fantastic vendor and partner relationships.

Nicola Broodbank

Nicola joined Natilik in 2018, with a plethora of experience from having worked with Manage Service Providers for almost 10 years. In 2020, Nicola was promoted in recognition for her exceptional service delivery skills to Client Success Director, in the London Enterprise team. Nicola proudly leverages skills she learned during her MPhil from the University of Sussex, enabling her to excel at building relationships, both virtually and in person, and loves working together with clients to enable their business outcomes.

Paul Hewitt

“Paul has over 14 years of professional services experience having worked in a variety of IT project and programme management roles. Paul joined Natilik in 2014, and since then has been leading teams transforming complex project outputs into tangible business benefits. This is consistently realised by working collaboratively in delivering outstanding services to our clients.

Paul holds the Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Practitioner certification and is actively involved with the mentoring of project & programme managers.”

Paul Brady

Paul’s focus is now on Natilik’s recurring revenue business as a whole, and ultimately achieving a world class experience for Natilik’s clients. A graduate of St Mary’s University College with a BSc (Hons), Paul studied a combination of Business Management and Sports Science.
