With an extensive background in Service Delivery, James has spent his career building and leading client-focused services. Before joining Natilik, he spent ten years at Coventry Building Society, where he began as an IT apprentice and progressed to Service Support Manager.
James joined Natilik in January 2022 as a Service Delivery Manager, where he was responsible for some of the company’s most significant global managed service accounts, including the successful delivery of Natilik’s first trans-Atlantic hosted contact centre service.
Building on this success, James moved into the Service Operations Manager role in April 2024, combining operational leadership with client delivery to drive service excellence across the hosted platform. In July 2025, he was appointed Platform Services Leader, taking ownership of Natilik’s platform services portfolio. In this role, James is focused on driving innovation, scaling support capabilities, and ensuring consistent operational excellence to meet the needs of our clients.
